I bought a shirt more than 2 months ago, paid for it and never received it.
Now I'm constantly trying to join them to get refunded, but they don't reply to my messages.
I had received your latest CD without any problems, but with this incident, I doubt I will ever buy anything from Ascendance Records again. I just thought it could be relevant to share my bad experience here so that if other fans want to buy a shirt, they will know what happened to me...
