We're pleased and very excited to announce a long overdue new project from Cloud 13's prodigal child, Tangemeenie. Those of you who've been waiting for more from Tangemeenie lo these many years now finally have something new to look forward to, because the daring duo is set to perform a brand new feat of musical derring-do.

Tangemeenie's critically acclaimed debut, Faust, was released on Animal World Recordings way back in the early 2000's, before the founding members moved on to perform in the more live-performance oriented rock outfit Pocket Novel Mystery (and later to found Cloud 13 Records).

Faust was an audacious experiment in the use of consumer-grade PC-based production techniques and internet-only promotion, and the new project promises to push the band's trademark DIY sensibility to dazzling new extremes as the band plans to produce, mix, master and even manufacture the initial release of their new CD "The Gilded Age" all on a single desktop PC.

To further up the ante for Tangemeenie's latest adventure, the group will be blogging about the project throughout the entire production process, on their new official blog(tm) at www.tangemeenie.com.
