So let the indistinct yet incisive blog post begin:

First of all, if you read this, you will be insulted and/or offended.

Please know that I accept all threats in the form of dreadful myspace messages and vague blog posts.

So where to begin... Seems people sure have a mouthful these days.

Oh, well there seems to be a lot going on about this new fangled handwriting issue. People have a few misconceptions and even a few ideas, and I'd like to clear that all up for everybody. Wouldn't want anyone to get carried away would I? Now pay close attention, because a lot of my friend's have never attended a private school and I'm not going to water it down for anyone's sake.

So I have a few things to say about grammar, and then a few things to say in general.

(oh jeez with the vagueness…golly will it never end?)

First, there is a preconceived notion that going to a private school makes you "petty" about handwriting. Let me be the first to tell you, quite the contrary. The real truth is that ANY education and a god-fearing love for the written word, makes you "petty" about handwriting. George Orwell himself started off middle class, in a public school, but eventually grew to write "Politics and the English Language" (that's an essay on literary criticism). I guess you don't have to go to private school to really respect proper use of a word or two.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't pick away what people spell right? I mean, who does that? I read between the words, I try and get that general message. The underlying depth of it all. But sometimes, sometimes I see things like, "and it fuck you up in the head, bitch that shit dont even happen. tell another fuck lie." And I don't really see the underlying message and/or depth; actually it's all pretty much on the surface. It screams what it's saying, and I don't have to type it out for you to figure it out yourself, no private school education needed.

To be honest, I even have some very close friends who write blogs and journals and such very often. When I read these, I cringe. Literally cringe. I even take offense to poor handwriting my own friends have, why should I be picky about who wrote it, if I can't even ignore my friend's own word vomit.

But it doesn't end there people. Now I go out on a limb. Now I go off subject.

I'll be straight up with you readers.

Stop playing the poor card.

I'll elaborate, (that's a big word for break it down).

There are people who don't see color, race, creed. These people can't distinguish between brown or blue eyes, red or black hair. All these people need to see is money. These people don't appreciate folks who are remotely wealthy, people who might have it even remotely easy. They don't care where they came from before where they are now, or what it took to get there. Really, all they care about, is themselves.

You see people who play the poor card, they come from "public education and dysfunctional homes." They come from lower middle class or below. They've had it rough, if they still don't have it rough now. And you know, that demands respect doesn't it?

No. It doesn't.

That's a little brash you might be thinking. Well let me clarify. There's a song I've grown to like and I believe the chorus is something along the lines "you want respect, but you haven't done a thing to earn it." Now read that again, and maybe one more time after that. Let it sink in. You want respect, but you haven't done a thing to earn it. You have to earn respect. You don't get respect simply from going to a private school, and you don't get handed respect because life dealt you a bad hand. You fucking earn it. You do something, that deems you DESERVE respect. You will lose respect by consequently thinking others don't deserve any just because they were dealt a nice hand by life. You gain respect by doing things for yourself, for making something of yourself, and not letting the shitty hand life dealt you, be the one thing that keeps you down. That poor card will be the anchor that drowns you, if you choose to accept it. For example, and I'll use an example I know people (vagueness) love. Benjamin Franklin. Fifteenth kid in his family, I'm sure they were handing out the money to those kids on the weekend. But he didn't let it get him down, actually quite the opposite. He said "fuck that" (figuratively speaking) and exceeded far beyond someone who otherwise would've sat around pointing out the flaws and fighting whatever anyone with money said whenever the chance arose.

So I say, to all you kids who use that poor card ever so often, and you do, use it a lot that is.

Fuck you.

We've seen what you CAN do for yourselves, by attempting to pull a Ben Franklin and heave yourself up by your bootstraps. But what we've also seen is you give up, and you fail.

Epic fail, might I say.

So when you earn that goddamned respect, that you so righteously deserve...

Then, I'll pull my fucking head out of my ass, but otherwise, I much like the smell here, rather than the stench of absolute failure.

Now, I'll overcome my flaws…when they're important to me, but you see, I'm not so worried about my flaws, my flaws make me who I am, and I guess I can live with that. Now, bad spelling on a computer. That's not a flaw. That's ignorance. Cross-reference the world wide web for spelling or use that oh so complicated spelling check on word. I mean, you're using the internet, no-one is rushing you, take your time.

Now I'll break off again.

Heres a few quotes for you guys to think about. People love quotes, it makes them feel deep and significant, like a period on a sentence, when the final word is someone else's they can't be wrong can they? Let's see…

"I think, therefore I am"

That's a deep one right? Extremely. What should you take from it? I'll tell you. If you can think, then you are human. That's it. Just human, exactly the same as everyone else who can think, and is human. You're human, he's human, she's human. Now, note that money was never mentioned, note that what kind've education you received was never brought up, and even what kind of family you had is never even hinted at.

We're all just human.

So kiss my ass.

Oh another!

"All men are created equal."

Gee whiz. Can you comprehend this quotation without a private school education? You don't even have to think to be a human being on this quote. I wonder if that makes both of these quotes contradictory, or maybe complementary? Whatever the sake, guess we all start off equal, but you're on your own after that. Sure hope you don't let some silly stuff like your family or your education get in the way. (Benjamin Franklin would agree with this, he did sign the paper the quote was written on after all)

You ever shop at Dollar General or Fred's? Can't remember which one as of right now, but in one of those stores is a small sign on the donate a penny box. That sign talks about how the creator/founder/starter of Fred's, or maybe it was Dollar General, started the company with a third grade education. I guess there isn't much in life that can keep us human beings down now is there?
