This is an unofficial page. Hope you enjoy it.

I created this account for my own pleasure and for those who share my passion for the fascinating Work and World of this Genius of the Portuguese and Universal literature, Fernando Pessoa.
I am aware of the immense responsability of using the name "Fernando Pessoa" in any space. None of the texts/photos you find here are my property.
All the authors of the texts and translations  posted / to be posted in this page, as well as its sources are duly identified, and all Rights Reserved.

Main sources:
Quite a few texts were written in English by Pessoa (original in English).
-- Translations: Jonathan Griffin, Keith Bosley, Bernard McGuirk, M. Manuel Lisboa, Richard Zenith.
-- Selected Poems, translated by Jonathan Griffin, pioneer translator of Pessoa into English.
-- A Centenary Pessoa - edited by Eugenio Lisboa with L. C. Taylor  (Amazing book !!!)
-- Photos:
Some of the photos I will be posting in this site may have been taken from a few sites about Pessoa, don’t ask me which as I have them in my disk for ages, but do a search on Google and you’ll find a few (I mean a couple of Pessoa’s  portraits). However, most of the pictures were scanned from the book "Fernando Pessoa Uma Fotobiografia", by Maria Jose de Lencastre - 2nd Edition - Quetzal Editores - Lisbon/1998 (worth reading, btw).
