Hey guys and gals,

Just thought I'd write ya'll a little somthin' somthin' 'cause it's been so long!

I've been writing lots of music over the past couple of weeks! The guys and I have been workin' on getting them polished to mix in for the live shows :) We're havin' a big 'ol practice later this week to solidify everything. I love playin' new songs. To me, when the lyrics are fresher and more relevant to where I am in my life, it makes for a much more intimate experience on stage... if that makes sense. Sorry to get all cheeseball on ya!

Last week the guys and I went to Nashville to do some work on the full length album... man what a fun time! We are pretty much done with all of the recording parts and now are just diggin' in to the mixing. We added hand percussion on "Swirl" and "Love and Hate" and had this guy named Kenny Malone added bongos, djembe, shaker and all kinds of fun stuff to the tracks. I think it's soundin' pretty cool. I'll be goin' back to Nashville later this month to keep workin'. I can't wait for you all to hear it!
