::Taken from Jordan's blog- Jordan's Dialogue ::

I'm sitting in the North Star Bar in Philadelphia, PA on the third day of Tourcation Part II.  The homeless on 27th St. have been welcoming thus far.  We left Friday for the Buffstock Festival in Hope, NJ.  Danny Reedy (bassist/rock star of Storm the Beaches) came out with us for the first three days to be our merchandising liason.  I usually cringe when I see NJ on our schedule but Hope was beautiful.  The festival was on a Christmas tree farm and Buffstock kept us well fed (lunch,dinner, & breakfast in the AM!), entertained (Drew & I went undefeated in Cornhole against Justin & Brian), and plenty drunk during our stay.  The Buffstock vibe was super positive which made for a fun 20 hour stay for The Dialogue.  There was also a fair amount of babies and toddlers which kept Danny Reedy well occupied.

I drove the next afternoon from NJ to Long Island which was one of my favorite drives since touring with this band.  The highway out of NJ was lined with forest (who knew!), and we passed through Manhattan via an awesome George Washington Memorial Bridge.  The show was in Rockville Centre at the Vibe Lounge, a great rock club we first played earlier in the summer.  Rockville Centre is also home to the world's greatest pet store, which is mostly why we book shows there.  You tell me what other pet store has two owls, a room full of hundreds of birds that you can chill with, an electric eel, and a 150 lb. bunny.  The Vibe Lounge show was cool, mostly due to our Panera crew coming out and our girl Bex who housed us for the evening.

The animal theme continued at Bex's house with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 turtles, and Danny Reedy.  We brought back a legit NY style pizza like the true tourists that we are.  The rest of the night consisted of watching crappy music videos and making fun of Danny Reedy.  The next afternoon took us to Nyack, NY, a gorgeous town on the Hudson River.  Bex is more than an internet sensation, she also doubles as a waitress at Harry's Burritos on Main St.  Her dad owns the place so we didn't have to wash our hands after using the bathroom.
We left Nyack, after not staying nearly long enough, and headed towards Philadelphia.  A pretty uneventful drive, save for the never ending search for The Dialogue to find Danny Reedy a girlfriend.  Ladies, his twitter name is DannySTB.....hit him up, he's more charming via tweets.

And here we are, freshly loaded into the historic North Star Bar, chilling in the club room while Danny Reedy sits with his basket of curly fries next door since he's not 21.  God, I love that boy.

I JUST drove that same route from NJ to NYC last week and being from Wisconsin, I thought the same thing...who knew there'd be forest in Jersey?! LOL! Thanks for the add request...I like your sound.  If you ever get into WI, I'll check out a show. Telling my friends to follow your bandmate on Twitter:)  Enjoy your tour!
