The story backwards...AZ to SD.

I love Dego.  The plane touched down yesterday in the grid of lights
by ocean darkness and it felt good.  Caught up with Rhymeside fam, TAWJ chillin' as always. The plan had been a Camp Lo show, but everything ran late, and it was trail mix and Dave Chapelle instead.

The
past week in Arizona has been a dream.  As an artist and emcee, to be
able to write under the most accomodating of conditions is such a
treat.  I ordered the best Chicken Taco Salad I have ever had from a
spot call Mango's (Thanks Jay @ SALTMINE STUDIOS The beats were dope, the mood of the day for sure.  It feels good as always to write and create.

I
like the driving in AZ.  It's very scenic.  I don't believe I've seen a
cactus not in a store bought pot before, so it was nice to see the
cacti on the sides of roads.  The first night in, it rained, and the
air was so sweet, it matched the pink and cashew tones of the dessert.

This was cool.  We pulled up in an SUV to this sign and backed out.

Coming
in from Toronto I felt a bug coming on, but I dosed up on Airborne.  I
don't know if this stuff works because of the Dumbo policy, but it
worked!  Thanks School Teacher.

After studio AZ...

I met some really cool people in AZ, and got to meet some up and
comers like Corey Gunz.  I like the flow and swagger.We had a break
from studio and headed out to PKL or something like that for the
Nanny's Bday.  Masia One's for the kiiiids so I'm not going to write
what "P" stood for.  LOL.

The stay at the MONDRIAN was great, I liked the ubiquitous apple in the shelf.  A delicious touch.

So
now, a day later back with the fam in SD and enjoying a little bit of
downtime.  I hope everyone is enjoying this reflective time of year,
and loving what they got, and building what they are not.  I myself
feel like I"m on a journey for a better purpose,  In time we all figure
out the way.  Enough of my cryptic mumbo jumbo, Happy Ho Ho and makin'
moves.

Packing
for the future is never easy.  I figured I would just color coordinate
for a 2 month, 3 climate trip.  Voila,  Rasta Man Vibrations...yeeeeah

Luggage 2 is
of a more practical nature.  Hopefully Sabotawj don't check this blog
cause this is his Xmas present in the middle.  One Love to the Legends
League crusaders at Ideall Clothing.  Keep doing the damn thing to the
man that once told me to spell his name B.E. with the Spirt U.. .

A few months ago I had my iPhone
stolen at a photoshoot.  The promoter let me know that it was my fault
I had put "this season's hottest tech toy in an outside pocket of my
bag" and it wasn't his problem.  C'est la vie.  I wish people didn't
take shit from good people.  The kind peeps at Nokia via MOBILE JAM FEST gave me this tech candy...NOKIA N95. 
I was really feeling the slide action that transforms the phone from
MP3 player to camera to phone again.  Pretty Batman of Nokia.  Most of
the pictures and video featured on this blog are taken with my NOKIA N95 camera phone.  I'll be reposting my blogs taken with the Nokia on my MJF Blog found HERE!!!

So I know we
are in recessionary times, but I do no dig paying an extra $45 to take
2 bags.  I'm getting used to this "buying meals o airlines" thing,
which is secretly heartbreaking for a person with a strange love for
airplane food.  (Airplane Mannicotti...Mmmm!) This deceptively named
"Mini Meal" should be renamed extra mini meal. LOL.  Appreciated the
cranberries regardless.
