YES.

We are writing and recording our first record as of now. We're super excited to finally get some more new stuff out there. We have already arranged recording dates, Cd Artwork and distribution, merch, and a new layout when it all comes out. Were hoping to release the cd early 2010 and the layout and merch will come a little earlier. Also a new song sometime in October.

So, were recording at Mayhemness studios in Sacramento (Fate, Fallujah, and many others) and we cant wait to get some amazing quality recordings.

Our cd layout is being done by Alex Hoffman (Fallujah) from Cypher Media. It's gonna look amazing.

As for the songs. The track listing is as follows

5. Cognitive Dissonance

9. The Elevation of Character

We have a few other ideas as new songs go but we really want to recapture the old dissimulated songs and re record them with a few new twists.

The cd will be roughly around an hour and 10 minutes.

As for the cd name. That is unknown for now but it will be discovered soon.
