So you are probably saying "I don' t have time to think let alone read".  Try this little trick, go through the magazines or journals (I recommend Forbes, Business Week, Fortune, etc.) relevant to your business or occupation and rip out the articles that are of interest to you each month.  Take those tear outs and place them in a folder you take with you in your briefcase or bag of any kind.  Then whenever you are waiting for an appointment, or in traffic or just have down time take out you folder and read an article.  You can apply this to book also.  Get a paperback book (always buy paperback, the marketplace has already told you that it is worth of your time), tear out 50 pages or so at a time and do the same thing prescribed above.  By doing this you should be able to read 25-50 books a year.  With the average person reading just one book a year, do you think that you could gain a competive advantage by reading 25-50?  To Your Success!

Great suggestion about the magazines, Josh. But I don't know about ripping up perfectly good books. Ouch!
