Some of you may be thinking "what the hell is going on with the deadbeats?"

well, i am here to answer some questions.

the bad news:
We recently have had two members leave the group: Dan and Benny (the rhythm section). We will miss them dearly, but they will always be two of our very best friends, and we wish them luck in all their future endeavors.

the good news:
We are going to continue as a band exploring new territories seeking out the strange possibilities within the "freak pop" genre.
We are currently in the midst of writing and recording a brand new album tentatively scheduled to be finished by the end of the year, to be released by Standard Recording Co.
We have hired a new member: Joe Faucet, longtime friend of the deadbeats, he is multi-talented and will play violin, cello, guitars vocals, drums, etc.
During the process of recording we will be collaborating with musicians from the ever-growing community of creative talents we are involved in, all the while searching for a full-time drummer and possibly a bassist to take on tour once the album is finished.
So its onward and upward for the deadbeats! Hope that clears things up a bit for those of you who are out of the loop.
We appreciate all the support and kind words we have been given throughout the years and look forward to rocking your faces off in the future!!!
