It's one of those things we seem to do about once a year if we're lucky - that is, reunite. But this time it's a little more sentimental than usual.

In the few years since the Bucks was a regularly-gigging band, we've all gone on to bigger and better things with new bands and projects, to the point where we all make music semi-professionally (ok, except Lynn, but she's smarter than the rest of us). Pepper Jack's was the place where we cut our teeth with the Bucks and we've gone on to play there countless other times with our other projects. Ken has always provided a warm and welcoming environment for bands, and has always been about the most easy-going promoter we could think of. Of course it didn't hurt that he would usually feed us too...

Then of course there's Doug Smith behind the soundboard. Talk about commitment to one's job, Doug is a rock whose ears are at attention whether there are 25 people in the room or 250. Without a doubt, he is the reason that Pepper Jack's has been Hamilton's best-sounding room, both on-stage and in the house.

The one footnote for our Friday May 29 appearance is that our most recent addition, our good friend Cam Malcolm, cannot be there with us. He sends his blessings, though, for the show to go on in his absence.

The rest of the lineup will be announced shortly. We don't have to tell you what a rare occasion it is for us to get together to play these songs, so we hope you'll be there with us.

In the meantime, you'd better start re-learning the words to our gems, which can be heard here: http://www.archive.org/details/syb2007-07-06.flac16

Love,

Max, Mike, Dan, Aaron, Adam, Lynn (and Cam too)
