Fast-forward a few weeks since our last posting…

We're almost done with the record. I had good intentions of keeping the blog up to date with details on the whole process but it didn't happen. Here's the short version.

We did start on May 18th, in Atlanta, as planned. We met up with Jeremy Griffith at Glow in the Dark Studios and immediately hit it off. We decided that we would break this recording into sessions in order to save our vacation time at our respective jobs for this summer's tour. That meant that we would be making the seven-hour drive (each way) back and forth from Atlanta for the next four weeks in order to get this thing completed. We worked some extremely long days in order to get everything done. A couple lasted almost 17 hours. After squeezing in as much work as possible, we drove back to Tampa only to arrive the next morning and head into work. It was extremely taxing, but absolutely worth it.

Jeremy is mixing the record as I type and I should have the first round soon, after that comes mastering and artwork. Hopefully I'll have more information on those two things soon.

Also, we've decided on a title. The record is going to be called "dilemmas" and will have 10 songs. A couple of them will be posted soon.
