If you have sent me a friends request in the past few months and I have not acted on it, chances are I never even saw it. It was most likely NOT a slight against your profile in any way.

Unfortunately, I am WAY behind on following up with my friends request. Things have been very hectic for me And, unfortunately, the requests disappear if they are not acted upon within a month - and it has been much more than a month since I have had time to even look at my friends requests.

I take at least a brief look at each and every profile that I approve for my friends request. Unfortunately, I get a lot of what I only assume is spam requests. If you are a hip hop band and enjoy my station - well, you should probably drop me a private note saying so because I get a LOT of friends requests from musical acts that have little to do with the music I present and, based on their number of friends, seem to put in requests with anybody and everybody. And, even more sadly, an increasing number of private messages turn out to be spam as well. That, plus the fact that myspace;s website tends to be slow and clunky at times, sometimes makes it difficult for me to follow up on request in a timely manner.

If you have sent me a friends request and I have not acted on it, please feel free to submit another request - and also drop me a private message letting me know that this is your second request. Please accept my apology for the fact that I did not get around to it the first time.

As of 2:00 AM on May 28th, I have managed to work through my entire backlog of friends requests. If you have submitted a request and it has not gone through, then I either did not see it before it expired or I, for some reason, denied it. Keep in mind that I sometimes have a difficult time figuring out whether certain requests are genuine and sincere or are part of some spam or bulk friends request scheme. Therfore, if have submitted a request and it has not gone through or if future friends requests do not go through after a reasonable period of time, please feel free to drop me a personal message.
