Sydneys RUST (ex members of Crucified Venus,Crankcase,Teenage Hookers For Christ,Bone Machine,Gravel Rash,ect)improve on their debut self-titled from not too long ago without really changing the formula.Still with the same staunch old school Aussie pride,this new 7 tracker finds the 5 piece riled up on a raft of issues from untrustworthy scumbags("Black Rats"),to the mainstream media's obsession with violence("Exit Wound")."Spirit Of The Anzacs" is a surprisingly accomplished patriotic punk anthem,while heavily nostalgic "Memory Lane"see frontman Gazz propose"Lets go back to '82"Listening to RUST,feels like i'm already there.DC 7/10
