Since 1994, Laughing Stock - once upon a time known as Quick Wits, but thats another long-form story - have held court every weekend at Main Streets venerable Off Broadway Theatre in downtown Salt Lake City. Not even the recent arrivals of KUTV 2 and City Weekly could challenge Laughing Stocks reign as the biggest clowns on the block. Using Whose Line Is It Anyway? as an improvisational-comedy reference point anymore seems even sillier - they've outlived that TV series, and every other troupe in the valley.
