For the 1.75 people out there ready this.. hehe, I thought I'd check in real quick and just let ya know that I have returned to my race pace. That is, I am hitting run times that I was four years ago. Not bad for an old fart.
Anyway, training continues, a few additional pounds have dropped off and if I could just get myself to bed earlier I might actually improve on that pace. So I'm pretty keyed-up and I did register for a race in June.
