Hello you Darkophiles!We're still working on new and old songs alike, so don't worry: THE ALBUM is on the way.
But talking about THE ALBUM reminds me of something. Do you remember Danger Mouse's GREY ALBUM, which was basically Jay Z's BLACK ALBUM and The Beatles' WHITE ALBUM spliced together? Well I attempted to do something similar a while ago with a mix of Jay Z's BLACK ALBUM and ABBA's THE ALBUM, naming the result JABBAZABBA.
My publisher SELECTOWN then created a spiffy little myspace profile and we put some of the songs online, plus a home-made video clip. We didn't set out to offend anyone in particular. It's more like a general onslaught on all kinds of good taste, making for a jolly bumpy listen, where you can hear the four lovable Suedes struggling to get their groove on while poor Jay Z desperately tries to get a rhyme or two laid down.
On the other hand, Björn and Benny were surely the original B-Boys, weren't they?
But don't forget to "Take A Change Of Clothes"!!!
