The World premier of Jack's new film En Concert went down this past Saturday at The Arlington Theater in Santa Barbara, California. Jack surprised everyone by making a last minute appearance. The evening included the world premerie of the new film, an exclusive raffle, a Q&A with the director Emmett Malloy and Jack closed out the night with a short acoustic set.

It's been over a year since the Sleep Through the Static tour finished up so there was a little bit of rust, a few "once in a lifetime" versions, some requested rarities from the audience and even an attempt to play a new song for the first time. Looks like we'll have to wait until the next tour to hear that one. All in all Jack, Emmett and the whole Santa Barbara hometown crowd had a great night. And perhaps, most importantly to some, Jack was sporting a new look.

I LOVE JACK! He  was amazing!!! He's such a sweet, gentle man and watching him perform was the best thing I've ever witnessed in my life. The movie was breath taking. Every time a new song came on, you could just feel your heart jump with excitement to see how they'd use to song on screen. It was breathtaking. You must see it.

wow!! Nice!!! I thoght that Jack's haircut was a kind of invariable things in life. In fact this is the very first time that I see Jack with long hair, except for the pictures with his family in Hawaii when he was a kid.

Nice that thing of change and evolution.

Peace from Chile

an amazing film followed by an even more amazing live performance. incredible setlist paired with jacks inability to keep things cool after singing the second verse of "times like these" and jumping into "all at once " without even stopping. AWESOME. go check out youtube for a couple uploaded videos. and who cares about his hair.
