
Thirteen things that I do when I get upset and am counting slowly to ten.
1. Eat. (I hate this)
2. Cry...or at the least tear up.
3. Do laundry.
4. Clean out the junk drawer.
5. Organize a closet somewhere.
6. Dust
7. Take a walk.
8. Take a drive.
9. Spend money on useless things that I absolutly do not need.
10. Surf the internet.
11. Draw lines with my eyes between inanimate objects (I don't know why i do this)
12. Put on some 80's music (attempt to change the mood)
13. 80's dancing it out (side step, swinging arms, flying hair...and if you understand, God Bless you!!!)
