all the molecules in your body are changing and rearranging Always. this is what they are constantly doing. cells puking up their insides and growing new insides. and you are eating and digesting and your stomache acid is recycling things and having a party. so every millisecond is a new opportunity to recreate yourself. i am not in my right mind but way serious. nothing comes out right ever so why should things be any clearer right now. they won't be for you but they're pretty clear for mee. we can change ourselves into absolutely anything we wanna be! the past is leaving us every second so there's nothing you can do to change the cells that are falling off you right now. but you can make the new ones become exactly what you want. i guess then you have to keep them that way because they're going to leave you also. i  didn't mean 'keep them that way' what i meant to say was churn the new cells through your perfect-self factory. easier said than done i know so get outta your bed and turn off your sad alternative music. shake off your dead cells! everything in my head smells/
