As I settle into the anniversary of Jesus' first day alone, bloodied and dead in a cave, I can't bring myself to reflect on his suffering as much as I can begin to slightly panic at the thought of the EP launch.
If you're reading this, you deserve the scoop on why i'm slightly worried. Damo, ex-bass player, newest rhythm guitarist punk music has seen, has clearly left us. It was an amicable break up, and he even stated that punk music was where his heart is, which one must respect, even though one may not comprehend it. Andy Williams is our own personal Jesus in that respect, though I have a feeling he wouldn't take any nails, thorny crowns or spears to the gut for the cause. A minor detail. Andy is fantastic, and knows the songs better than me now, so that's pretty cool.
Vinnie has jumped in and will be playing keys on the night in question, so we're all very excited about that. In order to accomodate these two expert members of the group, Sewelly and I are trying to play better and in time, and it's challenging for both parties, but we're trying our best and we think people should respect that.
Anyway, blogging is sucking the life out of me. Just thought I would update youse all.
See you at the launch.

2 kudos to you james.

I feel for you in this time of upheaval and Jesus mortality worshipping.

I always new there was a punk rocker hiding behind that chopper mo, and look what being a punk rocker did for sandi thom, "who?" I hear you ask.

EXACTLY!

I have a feeling when your loyal legion of fans are screaming for your own shoegazer lovliness at the EB club on thursday, damien's about face in your time of need will be a rumbling of unhappiness and regret in the deepest darkest recesses of his stomach.

All the same, I am much looking forward to your EP debut and moving my body to the sounds of my soft bitten thumb,

I feel as though I'm beginning to sound like a stalker.

or your mum.

love sides

I'd give you more but that's all you're allowed.

rock.
