First of all - Happy Holidays to everyone. I know how many people take on this time of year with some stress and antipathy. And for everyone who feels worried, anxious or down because the year is coming to and without some of the perks or confidence hoped for, I say this:

Don't sweat it.

We put ourselves under a great deal of pressure now, expecting life to be suddenly like out of a movie. But it's just the same. Today is today. Let's all stay focused on that. And given that this year comes with a lot of extra concern and worry, just remember that life and love are not measured in material gifts and obligations. No one is expecting anything of you other than happiness. So leave the rest alone.

I hope everyone reading this enjoys the love and happiness that is here for us all. Keep your eyes forward at all times. Count your blessings daily. Don't sweat the petty, and don't pet the sweaty.
