Well I just graduated from my two-year masters yesterday, which means that after spending 2 years in London with NO LIFE WHATSOEVER I am now emerging from the chrysalis, spreading my wings to dry in the sun, and wondering how the jolly heck I'm going to pay back my massive debts.

More to the point, I fully expect to be back in Scotland very soon, even if it's only for a week or two... And assuming I can find a mode of transport that can get from the south to the north without sinking in floodwater.

I have so much catching up to do with folk that it's untrue. A thousand apologies if I've neglected you over the past 2 years but it's been mega-intense and it's only now that I'm emerging blinking into the sunlight of life. [yeah yeah, you get the idea]
