After some very successful headlining shows and performances at festivals such as 'Keep it true' in Germany, Dutch metal cult band Martyr will be supporting Lizzy Borden at their upcoming European tour.

Over 20 years after their last album 'Darkness At Time's Edge' the new Martyr album will be released through Rusty Cage Records in the beginning of 2009. Besides a complete re-mastered version of Martyr's debut album 'For the universe', fans of eighties heavy metal will get the new 5-track 'Fear' album, wrapped in a double digipack called 'Fear the universe'.
