I started Noisy Neighbors, back in college (San Luis Obispo) As a way to start something on my own! the name came about in 96 on an early Sunday mornin, while eating breakfast with the fams being loud as usual! My cousin/brother Vic(R.I.P.) who has been living next door to us all our lives came over half asleep at about 7:15am, yelling at us about being LOUD EVERY DAY , he said damn you guys are the worst neighbors, ALWAYS LOUD! Noisy Neighbors!
