Instructions: 
  *Right click the image you want to use.
  *Click "save as" and save the image to your desktop or documents.
  *Go to your ftp or free image hoster (such as http://photobucket.com, http://www.comeupload.com/, or http://www.imgfree.net/)
  * After uploading your image to the internet through one of these sites, copy the link it will provide you (this is where your new image is hosted) and paste it into this code:

(remember to remove spaces)

Copy this code and paste it where you want it to show up on your profile (myspace: edit profile link) Its pretty simple. But Im sure I just made it 10x more harder for you. If you're actually struggling with this just email me and i'll help you out (or do it for you)
