We're here. In America. Just.

Haz was almost prevented entry to the country on health and safety grounds, whereas Phil seemed to enjoy the full body search a bit too much....

So far we've been visiting High Schools in the Potomac area (pronounced potomic?!?) which has been great fun. We've had brilliant receptions from them, and are looking forward to our big concert here on Sunday evening.

We have also managed to break our hired car; apparently, driving over a curb at high speed isn't too good for the wheels...and we had to perform a quick tyre change. Phil took charge, seemingly to assert his masculinity after the lapse at the airport.

Unfortunately Cal has had a fever, but we're hoping for a full recovery today or tomorrow so he can join us again.

P.S. For any girls at Stone Ridge, we hope your headmaster didn't hate us as much as he appeared to...

If he looked angry, it was just because he wished he got as good of a reception from us, as you all did.... plus all that testosterone in one area probably made him nervous. Being head of an all girls school can do that to a guy.

I missed your big concert tonight, but Vicky told me you all were AWESOME. I was really shattered when I couldn't go. I hope you all come back to the States sometime soon! Have a safe trip home.
