Hello All,
Eric from The Sea and Cake here. Just wanted to get a little info out about the upcoming tour. The dates are available on this site or the TSAC website where you can also purchase tickets: http://www.theseaandcake.com/tour.html
We are currently working up a bunch of the older songs, some of which we have not played in well over a decade. Other than the songs off of Everybody it will be a very different set than what we played for last years touring. There should be a few dusty gems and surprises for all who attend. And of course we'll be playing songs off the new album Car Alarm. I'll be posting updates and will try to answer any questions you might have at the Thrill Jockey Forum (http://www.thrilljockey.com/forum/) in the "bands on the run" thread and maybe doing a little tour blogging here.
Thanks!
Eric

Dates for Europe are being pursued by our booking agent. Nothing definite yet so it remains to be seen but I'm pretty sure we will be over at some point in the not to distant future.

Q1) There actually will be a difference. We have been working up more of the older material from the first few albums so we will be swapping out some songs. The songs from "Car Alarm" will probably stay about the same.
Q2) Death Vessel will be playing both
Q3) No problem!

Can't wait for the San Diego show; the Belly Up show was amazing a year or so ago and the Casbah is a better and smaller venue.
