Introducing StandUp Academy's newest class, Comedy Writing. The class is taught by comedian and comedy writer Phil Perrier. Phil has written for Jay Leno, David Letterman, Craig Ferguson, Martin Short and Arsenio Hall. He has been writing for Jay Leno for 19 years. He also writes for the nationally syndicated radio show "The Big Show with Bob and Tom" and his column appears periodically in the LA Daily News.


The awesome John Fontaine teaches our improv class. John taught Improv at CBS Studios for 4 years. John also directed at the Victoria Theatre. He was a member of the Ray Hannah's Comedy Troupe, a member of the Knockabouts, and a member of the Midnight Repertory.
I have been taking John's class for almost a year now, and I LOVE IT!!

And the standup class is taught by ME, Bobbie Oliver.
