I always want to say Summer ART Music Series, I dunno why!
Speaking of DuhNo,
NO DUH will be returning to Long Beach.
Last time I saw them, the two local WEEKLIES almost
got into a scuffle because of an ad I placed in one of them.
(It was a really "weak" ad but it ruffled some feathers!)
SPATS aside, let's get back to No Duh - they were GREAT
and unaware of the ruffle. And their music brought downtown
Long Beach together!
Here is the info I just read off their post:

As part of the downtown Long Beach summer concert series known as SAM (..www.........summerandmusic.....com), we are putting together a special event. On Saturday, July 25, 2009, we will feature a Battle of the Bands - exclusively showcasing tribute bands. We are inviting select tribute bands to go head to head during a dynamic daytime performance at Rainbow Harbor in downtown Long Beach. This venue is the premier location for the series, featuring a beautiful amphitheater located right on the water with views of Shoreline Village, Rainbow Harbor and the Queen Mary. The event will kick-off at 1pm and end at 7pm. This concert series is entirely free and all ages are welcome, including this special event. It’s a great opportunity for you to invite friends and family that may not be able to see No Duh & other great bands perform at the usual venues.
