Bloodshot Bill has been playing literally on his own for the past 10 years. In the raucous tradition of Hasil Adkins and Bob Log III, he plays guitar, drums and sings at the same time. But this greaser from Montreal does some crazy things with his voice, snarling, grunting and hiccupping his way through, sometimes sounding like there are two or three people singing the same song. Not to mention slobbering and spitting on our studio floor. His tunes are influenced by both traditional rockabilly and the more punked up sludgebilly version. In this performance live at ToBeScene studios he plays tribute to another Montreal sludgebilly band, Deja Voodoo, with the song "Skeleton At My Party", followed by one of his originals, "300 More Miles". And if that isn't enough, he talks to the one and only Angelo about his touring experiences and his non-encounter with Oprah.
