hey
the first 5 people to reply to this blog with a link to a picture of themselves will get back an mspaint version of said picture of themselves.  i'm still practicing with my tablet...  so take advantage of my position.

this morning, i woke up and my front door was open.  not unlocked, but open.  i looked around, and i hadn't been robbed, so i think derek just left it open to encourage theft...  i suppose that's one way to smash the state, but why our own door?  his shit's here, too.  it's not like a thief would know not to steal his shit, and he has some valuable shit.  he's the only one with an amp that's newer than 1982 out of the 3 of us...  and talk about pawnability, he has a line6.  they sound like a digital version of cats fucking, but they're expensive so they're pawnable...

excellent choice, because you get 2 for the price of 1. which is like a huge bargain. like buying $50 worth of food-and-fuel bucks for $25. amazing.

good choice, because you look really fucked up in that image... the finished product will be fun. also, the lack of contrast between your hair and the background will make it difficult, which means it will be very good practice. and GLASSES; i love glasses, but until now i have not mspainted any.

i'm glad you like mine, btw.

the blurriness will make this one kind of fun; i'll have a lot of liberty on the hair. and there are tittycleavages, which heretofore i have not tried to mspaint. good choice.

hold, please.....Line 6's early amps were arguably crap, but some of the new stuff is TITS!
Most notably the brand new Spider Valve things...complete with tube front and back ends designed by Bogner. Come see.

if it has tube front and back ends, it is a tube amp. line6 is not known for making tube amps, and i, of course, was not talking about a tube amp...

however, i will say that i have no idea why line6 would want to go tube after seeing the MASSIVE return on investment they can make for just using shitty solid state poweramps and putting a digital frontend on there that only a small percentage of the amp buying population can tell sounds like a bad practice amp.. or a computer version of a bad practice amp. List Price: $2,399.99 for a vetta III... it's a cheap bass amp with a $200 digital frontend. that $200 figure is fucking retail, by the way. if i was a line 6 employee, unless i had blinders on and only saw the delay pedal unit and the modulation unit, i would be unable to sleep at night... well, i'd be able to sleep, but i'd also never get any work done because all i would ever do is laugh about how fucking gullible people are.

oh boy, a $150 piece of kit on a mediocre amp... it's hard for me to get excited.

i do LOVE the line 6 midi controller/recording board combo. that is fucking exciting. mic inputs, line ins, 2 stereo tracks at once... LIGHT UP VU METERS! ok, i'm not super excited about those, but they are cool.
