Thanks for coming out Saturday to support Maydance. We were soooo happy to play to so many familiar and unfamiliar faces for the good cause of, uh... dancing and art and friends. We were also so happy to stop playing and get to talk to old friends and imbibe stuff and dance to our favorite Rick Ross song. We were very disappointed that the plug was pulled two minutes early, before the obligatory Decepatcon screamalong danceoff. We were glad we didn't pass out from loss of breath mid-Dark Sparks during our set. By we, I mean me, Rebecca, who was being grasped by the icy cold hands of flu. Luckily it didn't get its paws on Rory till way after the show. Luckily it wasn't "consumption" and I'm back at le day job after 3 days in le apartment watching 21 Jump Street DVDs (yes, I have the DVDs. They come in handy in situations like sick days).
