I got a jacket from jagmania as a Christmas gift. It was way too big, so I left the tags on, got the original receipt and tried to return it (I might have exchanged it, but they didn't have ANY more of that item, or anything else I liked or that was comparable). They refused to give me the money, saying that their policy was to give store credit only (the policy is posted, but I know, and I'm sure they know, a LOT of people don't read all the crap taped to the counter--plus, my husband ASKED if I could bring it back, and they told him "no problem"). I find this policy to be extremely greedy--we have your money, now we're keeping it, no matter what. I even emailed the owner to ask for an exception, and they said the policy was to "protect them from people trying to pull the wool over our eyes". What wool?? I had the ORIGINAL store receipt (I even went to the SAME store, not another branch). The upshot-I recommend everyone AVOID jagmania, ESPECIALLY if you're buying for someone else, as they won't be able to return the gift except for store credit.
The manager keeps emailing me, telling me how much they care about their customers...yeah...whatever. Actions speak louder than words.
