I have been filming a documentary for over a year now.  Expected completion date is once I graduate from law school with a Bachelors in Law, or a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.    Both the Bachelors in Law and the Doctorate of Jurisprudence are correct and exist at the same time for the same degree.  Depending on which part of the ego maniac with an inferiority complex is in control of my self perception at any given time is how I will define my education, humility has little to do with it.  This film is proof that:

EVERY FEMALE PORN STAR PERFORMER STATES ON CAMERA THAT IF SHE "HAD A CHOICE" SHE "WOULD USE CONDOMS ON THE WORK SITE"

So, in over a year of footage, many many mas many girls, with a lower level of informed consent than I have, claim that they don't have a choice and if they did they would use condoms on the work site.

Furthermore, at least one condom mostly company does give performers a choice.  That company's agent claims 90% of the performers chose to use condoms when they really do have a choice.  So, only a few, 10%, would chose to not use condoms on the work site.

Isn't that sorta proof enough that the porn industry in California is acting intentionally putting performers in harms way resulting in a needless and preventitive public health epidemic of STD infections burdening the tax coffers of those employed????

Thus, there is no choice industry wide, the level

I imagine the 10% who choose not to wear one are working with a partner that they have worked with in the past and trust they are safe and have been tested.

It does not ruin porn for me if they use condoms but obviously there is a market force pressuring these folks to not use them.

It really doesn't mater what the actress would prefer. It is a public health consideration. If it is spreading communicable disease and we can take simple measures to stop it then we probably should.

If in fact the health measures are not sufficient it would be apparent in the statistics. Are you able to get any health statistics? I know with health privacy it can be difficult to collect this information but perhaps a California health code could be enacted.
