NOTE: If for some reason, a promoter makes distinctions between bands, and sorts them like "headliners" and "supporting bands", then we will not play the gig. We are not a "headliner" or a "supporting band". This means, that MEINHOF is content to play first, second, third... or last. We believe, we are part of the DIY punk scene, so there is no room for competition between bands. Competition belongs to the mainstream music industry. The DIY punk scene means, that every band is equal to each other, but if you think, that your skills and musical experience or your record sales make you special, you are wrong and you do not belong to the DIY punk scene. We try to understand some bands, who fight to play later at gigs, as sometimes, ignorant and disrespectful audiences come to see the last bands only. But MEINHOF says fuck you to disrespectful audiences, and are happy to play for those few who care.
