Hi Everyone,

As some of you may know, the band has been struggling over the past few months to try and work out issues that we have had. Unfortunately, we have not been able to resolve our issues. It is with great sadness that I am informing you that Karizmata will not be staying together.

We fully intend to ROCK OUR FUCKIN' ASSES OFF the last few shows that we have and we hope that you will join us. We would like to thank all of our friends and family for the love and support that they've shown us. We would not have gone as far as we have without you.
