Good news -- Scott has finished building our new quad-core dual-terabyte recording-monster studio computer. We did a quick and dirty recording of last week's rehearsal, and everything was working fine. We've put one of these recordings, Sky's End, on our MySpace music player - the sound quality is poor, but it gives you an idea of what's going on in our rehearsals.

We've also put the finishing touches on our acoustic treatment, so we're all set up ready to start recording some new tracks. We're all champing at the bit to get on with it. The band is playing up a storm, and these recordings are going to be something else!

The first step will be to lay down some drum tracks, and that means David taking his practice kit out of the studio and bringing in his magnificent beast of a main kit.
