I'm rather excited and so I've gone about this blog in all the wrong ways. Let me rectify this.

I trust you are well. Apart from the news about BDO, I have to say that I'm very sad to have come to the end of our tour with Oh Mercy, the charming four piece from Melbourne who've supported this "Wonder Tour" that we are officially still on for another week, only minus the before mentioned to their own colossal album tour. Check out their dates: By the way, you're participating in some serious type of daylight robbery if you don't allow yourself this experience.

There is a homecoming on the horizon. The town that Stuart Barlow ( NB. As announced in previous blog as the newest jewel in the band of fools.) and I spent most of our childhood in is about to get hit by the Wonder Tour. Friday night is the night. I've received many reports that all the family and friends from around the town are coming. It will be quite the experience for old and young alike in the big old Performing Arts Centre. We are very much excited about this.

The second Sydney show at the Metro ("Again! Again!") is the following day and will be the complete and utter end of the "Wonder Tour". Sad and sad but it's alright as I feel we are just beginning something and a tour like this, what with hoards and hoards of terrific people, gorgeous support bands and dear friends to play on stage with every night, is only something that exists in a special kind of fragile way that only makes it more powerful and joyous. I can speak for the whole band when I say we've been blown away by all the lovely folk who've been in the crowd every night. It's heart warming, to say the least.

We will be leaving for London in a matter of days after that to begin the Newton Faulkner support tour around the UK. Packing my woolies.
