Certainly getting the US out of Iraq is a positive thing if it really happens; however, Obama is going to have to completely blow away the current sham bailout policy if he wants to effect lasting change.
If Obama supported the bailout to avoid losing the election, he soon needs to be biting the hand that fed him - biting it off at the shoulder and sending the crooks to jail. Paulson and the whole gang are criminals. They have ruined our economy.
Lets cut the happy horseshit rhetoric crap, stop our "sighs of relief," that Obama got elected and get ready to hold his feet to the fire for real change. Maybe we have a chance for change, but we the people are not going to get that change unless we threaten (or have) a revolution.
Get ready to march people. This is not a victory yet. It is an opportunity to start the fight. If we don't hold Obama accountable to the people and not the banking oligarchy, we might as well kiss our future and our children's future goodbye.
Obama can't save us. We have to save ourselves by FORCING Obama to tow the line. We aren't going to LET Obama be a good president. We have to force him to be a good president.
Obama at least has some brains. Now we have to force him to enact the will of the people. It ain't going to happen as long as we don't force the issue of change.
There's no way this is not going to hurt. Get ready for the good hard fight. We need to rip the power out of the hands of the corrupt oligarchy and send them to jail. We need a president who says NO to the bankers, backed by an overwhelming mandate of the people.
Obama is change only if we damand it and don't stop fighting until we get it.
