You can add one more dead music venue to that list: Sacramento Brewing Company. We received an email from the manager telling us that our performance March 28th would be the last one for an indefinite period of time. Upon entering the building last night, the reasoning behind it was very clear. A once bustling environment of food, drink and fun has quickly become an empty hollow cave with dammed up rivers of beer being held back by a steadily dropping income. It's gotten so bad that SacBrew has lately had to partner up with other microbreweries in the region to offer "guest beers" in the hopes that people might come to the bar for a pint of Sierra Nevada or Rubicon... Based on the turnout last night, it obviously didn't help. Farewell SacBrew, we hope you return soon...
