TWO HOURS AGOIn our secret bunker in downtown Los Angeles, Theory Labs became again the combustion chamber of cheese prep for Saturday's 1st 7th Annuual Grilled Cheese Invitational. It's where it all started in 2002 with a handful of people and tomorrow (well today) it could crest at 5,000 people.
All hands were on board tonight. In 15 hours we will see who are the true 2009 grilled Cheese Champions.
i will also perform a piece just before the awards and finally cross the line into Kitsch.
