The Fig is on next week - Friday 30th
October. This night will be different to our norm in that the main band
for the night - Psycho Zydeco - will perform a double set. Hence there
will be only two acts. We'll still have two breaks though for general
socialising.

Shane
Flew
Shane is a highy respected and well-known Sydney singer
musician. At The Fig he will sing, play acoustic guitar and include some
of his own compositions

 Psycho Zydeco
With performances at every
major music festival nation-wide, TV and radio appearances and three tours
of the U.K. and Europe, Sydney based Psycho Zydeco are one of the most
successful touring ‘blues/roots’ acts in Australia. They introduced
Cajun music to Australia. They often invite people from the audience to
come on stage and join in so it will be "a hoot".

Doors open at 7.30 pm for a 8 pm start.
Come early to get a good table and settle in with friends. We're expecting
a big crowd this month.

It's at the usual place - 4 West
Promenade, Manly. Charge is $13 ($25 per double). BYO drinks and eats.
It's a listening venue so you get to enjoy music at its best. Tell your
friends, support the musos, come along with your eats and drinks and enjoy
a great night. This is a non-profit, volunteer-run event so proceeds go to
the artists.
