IN LIGHT OF MANY THINGS
By Xavier
You often find the truth of a man
When it comes to the exchanging of hands
What is your deepest desire that could rip you apart
Deep down in the secret dark chamber of ones heart
You walk through life blindly
Often wondering... how do you find me
But you walk in the meadows of Madness
Our meeting is unlikely.
From the heights of the heavens
unto the depths of the grave
Your fall was from birth
For in Life you were found hollow of worth
What more can one ask, but to have the keys to all doors
And yet as they are presented you crawl back on all fours
Unwilling to carry the burden of abundance
One without dreams, without purpose, without thought
Holds useless hope that can't get his mind to commence
