What are the TOP 10 WORST Infrastructure Projects of all time?" That is the question that popped into my mind when I recently performed at an event for the International Right of Way Association (BTW - a great group!). The group was celebrating the "TOP 10 Best Infrastructure Projects in the Past 75 years". 
A list which included:
10) Hoover Dam 
9) Golden Gate Bridge
8)TransAlaska Pipeline 
7) Florida’s Turnpike Confederation Bridge
6) Austin Clean Water Program
5) The 2nd Tacoma Narrows Bridge
4) City of Phoenix Light Rail Project
3) I-10 Katy Freeway Expansion
2) Austin Clean Water Program
1) Interstate Highway System 
A really interesting list and all very worthy. Which made me wonder - what projects would go on the bottom of this list? So I prepared the following:
