We would like to extend our most sincere apologies to fans in the American northwest, some of whom traveled a fair distance to see us play in Woodinville and Bremerton, only to find that we had not arrived. U.S. customs saw fit to turn us away at the border with very little notice prior to the shows, and our efforts to contact those involved were unfortunately not received by everyone, leaving some with little or no information regarding why we had not arrived. We deeply regret any problems this situation has caused for our fans, travellers, the venues, and everyone who helped arrange these dates for us.

I heard from my boyfriend that Portal was his favorite band, so i searched the internet for your guys tour dates and found that you were coming to the U.S. and a drivable distance from where we live. I planned the trip asked him to take time off work and we drove 5 hours to watch you guys play in Woodinville. When you didn't show we were pretty disappointed, so we left the next day on the way home my boyfriend heard that the second gig wasn't canceled and seeing how Portal is his favorite band we then drove the extra 1 hour out of our way to your show in Bremerton. Only to find out that you didn't show. Thankfully that trip wasn't wasted seeing as the band you were suppose to play the gig with was actually very good. We really hope that you guys plan other shows in the U.S. and hopefully some in Oregon, i'm not sure my boyfriend and i would drive that far again considering what happened last time. Slightly disappointed, but still fans.

That is absolutely heart breaking. We are, once again, so, so sorry.....We will definitely be back in the US. But with better paperwork. We'll have to do more dates to qualify for a visa, and Portland is definitely on the list.....So sorry, but thank you......kevin.

I am from Los Angeles. Portal is in my top 3, right up there with Rush and Dream Theater. Incredible sound. I had planned to come to the Bremerton show. I was planning to fly up to see Portal. At the last minute my plans changed. I am still anxious to see you live. I check just about every day for future dates.
