I recently came across a book called "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Sextrology" written by Megan Skinner, Astrologer and Clairvoyant. With love in the air and romance on our minds as we quickly approach Valentine's Day, I thought it might be a nice treat to share with my readers what we are all looking and hoping for when it comes to "sex". The following excerpts are from Megan's book, which may help you gain a little insight into your mate's sextrology.

For those fire signs who want to heat things up:

Aries (3/21-4/20): Rams want to be first in everything they do. They are dare-devils in life and love. They have strong will and can be very aggressive about getting what they want. They are impulsive lovers and are ruled by their instincts. Act now and think later is their motto. Rams have strong sex drives and make fearless lovers. They are open and honest about their feelings, if an Aries wants to be with you, you will know it – because he or she will tell you. They can be a little bossy in the bedroom, although they may not be well versed in the finer nuances of making love. The secret to seducing an Aries is to let them be the pursuer.

Leo (7/23-8/22): Leos are true divas of the zodiac; they love to be the center of attention. They are ambitious by nature and have big dreams. They love making others feel special. Leos are optimists and see the best in everyone. In love and lust – the romance, the passion and the excitement is everything to them. They have big emotions and rarely hesitate to express them. They love showering you with gifts as a way of showing you their affection. Once you get past the external theatrics, you can expect real passion and generosity from a Leo lover.

Sagittarius (11/22-12/22): Sagittarians live large and have a big appetite for life. These independent souls are always on the hunt for new adventures. They are the seekers of higher truth and wisdom. They love to learn and travel. There's too much in life to worry about the small details. They can be the jack of all trades and have an opinion about everything. In love they are flirtatious and fun. It is difficult to capture their heart, which stems from their notorious fear of commitment. They are uncomfortable with expressing their emotions and are more likely to show their affection through actions rather than words. Seducing a Sag is not that difficult; they are always up for a good time and they are most likely attracted to an outgoing person and someone who can make them laugh. For those airs signs who have something to say about love:

Gemini (5/21/-6/22): The Twins love to discover new facts and should guard against becoming information junkies. They are fun-loving, entertaining and can be quite the social butterfly flitting around from one gathering to the next. Because Gemini's have so many facets it can be hard to get to know them, much less understand them. They like the "idea" of being in love and can be affectionate and romantic. However the reality of a sustained connection is often intimidating to a Gemini. They are charming and mischievous and making flirting an art. When it comes to emotional intimacy they can be distant and detached. The quickest way to heat up a Gemini's libido is to stimulate them with sexy conversation.

Libra (9/22-10/22): Libra's are intellectually oriented and want their minds stimulated as much as their bodies. They are sensitive to the finer nuances of lovemaking and seek beauty in sexual passion. The Scales are always looking for the mysterious and elusive lover. The key to capturing their heart is to court them faithfully, surround them with beauty, let them know you admire them and respect their deeper sensitivities. For a Libra, pleasure should be slow and long lasting.

Aquarius (1/21-2/19): Aquarians love to shake things up with their originality and rebel, rule-breaking nature. They are true intellectuals with the heart of a freedom-loving hippie. For those earth signs who want to be comfortable and grounded:

Taurus (4/20-5/21): Bulls are conservative in their approach to life and do not like to expend unnecessary energy. They would rather enjoy life each slow step of the way. Their determination and perseverance makes them likely to outlast their quicker rivals and they will often win the game…and your affections. Bulls love to surround themselves with nice things. They are sensual lovers and enjoy spending money on life's little luxuries. For Bulls in love, it's all or nothing. They often fall in love at first sight as they trust their instincts. Once they have chosen a partner, he or she will prefer to mate for life. The Bull does not rush into bed; they love the full art of seduction.
