Hello and Festive Greetings to you all!

Firstly, we wanted to say a huge thank-you to the wonderful Imelda May who chose The Toy Hearts to open for her at Birmingham's very own Glee Club. We had a truly fantastic evening and we were all thrilled to meet so many new people at the CD stand - thank to all of you who bought our records, we do hope you enjoy listening. Surely anyone who was there on Sunday would agree that it was an amazing evening and Imelda gave an exceptional live performance along with her very talented band - Thanks for having us!

Secondly, we thought it may be a good idea to post a word or two about our forthcoming Christmas Special @ The Kitchen Garden Cafe on December 22nd. We have, very quickly, sold out of tickets official tickets, however we are now collating a list for standing tickets only. For those who have already bought their tickets, we would strongly encourage you to arrive early if you would like to get a seat. We will have a seats in the main area and standing for the side areas due to the fast sell out and popularity of this event. If you haven't got a ticket and would still like to come you can email us at toyhearts@hotmail.com or The Kitchen Garden Cafe and we will put you on the new standing list. The evening is set to be a festive night to remember, we have the fantastic Rosellys opening the night and The Toy Hearts will be performing two full sets to round off the evening - There will be a late bar, great beer and tasty light bites menu for you to enjoy... We can't wait to see y'all there... Next year we will be strongly considering having multiple Xmas specials thanks to all of the support we have received from all our fans... You guys are the best!

Lastly, we are very pleased to announce that we will be launching our brand new website on January 1st 2009! The new and improved site will have all our information, gigs, biogs, news, links, sounds, merchandise etc. for you to enjoy... we can only apologise for the lengthy time it has taken to get it up and running. In December we also launched our monthly mailing list, with all sorts of useful and up-to-date info on the band. If you would like to be added to the mailing list, please email Sophia at sophiaguitar@hotmail.co.uk and we will make sure you are included for the New Year!
