        Wyoming 'Rainbow Trials' Set for September 28 --
        -- 3 Defendants to Fight False Charges

        On July 2, 2008, a man was pulled from a car in a Rainbow Gathering parking area, tazed multiple times, beaten, and arrested by Incident Command LEO's.
        On July 3, 2008, one woman was assaulted, another peppersprayed, both were taken down and also charged by LEO's during the infamous Kid Village provocateur fracas.

        This is the most egregious abuse of police power -- to inflict violence on a citizen, and then malicious criminal charges, insult upon injury, and the burden of prosecution.  Three participants in the 2008 Rainbow Gathering in Wyoming were turned into hapless Defendants, and they have refused to roll over or back down:  Dale Kellogg, Skye Riggs, and Rose Stanley.

        The Government & Court have dallied and dithered over these cases for over a year, apparently hoping to wear down the charged parties and force a deal.  Instead, these Defendants have been frustrated and fed up with the delays (i.e., denial of speedy trial), and pushed their attorneys for resolution -- and the stalemate finally broke a few days ago.

        One defense lawyer sent the news and stated the needs:
"We are set for trial on September 28, 2009 at 8 am in Lander, WY.  We must file witness and exhibit lists no later than August 3, 2009.  This means we must contact all of those who will be testifying.   We must ascertain whether they can appear and also gather all contact information.  ..."

        This is the last chance for witnesses to come forward.
        IF YOU OBSERVED ANY OF THESE INCIDENTS,
        OR TOOK GOOD VIDEOS OR PHOTOS, PLEASE STEP UP NOW.

        PCU_/FAP has assisted these Defendants with known witnesses so far, but these cases should have been dropped at the outset, and it was uncertain that they would proceed to trial -- until Now.  At this point, with a short 8/3 deadline for witness lists to opposing counsel, we urge anyone with meaningful testimony to get in touch immediately:

is it any wonder why the law enforcement gets so uptight when they see a camera? They can film what they want. But we cannot,or we are somehow breaking a law. Going to find out first hand here at a couple of TRUTH rallies soon. One on 9/11/09 Colorado Springs 12 noon Acaia park. Another in Denver Civic Center Park on 11/5/09 at 11am. Anyone interested in saving OUR FREEDOMS should attend if you can!

I live here in Wyoming and I must apologize for the way many of the community reacted to this part of my family. I wish that I would have been there filming that day. How did the trial go?

you may or may not know, I was brutally attacked at wakarusa.

here's the 411.

went to wakarusa.

some chick that I don't know, that uses the nickname 'hatter', kept bothering me during gov't mules set.

she kept boasting about having beat up, (and stolen some wings from), a girl named 'bethany', at the gorge dead show.-a girl named 'bethany' WAS selling wings for me at that show, along with her then boyfriend.  They were both very decent people, IMO.--but the wings this hatter chick stole, apparently, were personal, not sale



I asked her (hatter) to leave me alone, she wouldn't

she then went to the police at wakarusa, lied, told them I hit her, (I hadn't)

the police interviewed me, figured out it was a lie, and let me go.

the next day, some bruiser (that she told the same lie to, apparently) came up to me, and attacked me, with nunchuks, and broke my jaw in three places.

the guy that attacked me was about 6'2, 6'4, had various tattoos, most notably one of a pentagram on his back-supposedly, he’s well known to this 'hatter' person.

problem is,, I don’t know either one of them.

someone who had had less than pleasant dealings with this 'hatter' person, was kind enough to send me a photograph, but I still have no identification on the actual perpetrator.

I was also robbed, they got my wallet, some cash, my SYF money clip, as well as allen wood'ys autograph, and a sentimental silver dollar.

If you can help me solve this crime please do so:

HERE is a photo of the known accomplice, as well  as police contact information, and a copy of my X-RAY.I am looking at over $10,000.00 in medical bills related to this attack.so, it's kind of a force to involve the police, sorry to say.

ps: there seems to be a connection with a place called 'hippie hill' in tennesee regarding both the assailant's accomplice, and the girl she is said to have beaten up and robbed at the gorge dead show-if you know a way to contact the owner, please hip me to it, thanks.

There is a reward for any information leading to the arrest/prosecution of anyone involved in this crime. There is also a reward for any information identifying two plainclothes security guards who witnessed the crime(s), and refused to apprehend the assailant at the time of the attack.
