So i've been working out latley! The whole shabang! Cardio, weight lifting, swimming, EVERYTHING! I gotta say...I get hungry faster then before! like in high school, hopefully I can lose all the weight I've gained over the 4 years. I guess being single now is giving me more time to focus on me. So, this morning after whit & todd droped me off to work, I ran to 24 hr. fitness, did some weight lifting, and some basketball drills, then i ran, now im at work, getting ready to go to mililani, then after my promotion there, im going to go and maybe go surfing, or snorkling. That can actually be a good work out if you do it regularly! I'm starting to again...oh and im also thinking of using my damn degree to good use...thinking about it, not sure yet if I am, but thinking about it.
I can feel my matabalism (sp?) getting back to what it was back in '01. If thats the case you may see insane zane back in the wrestling ring kicking niko's brothers ass! lol... Yes! That's my goal! By my birthday, if I still feel like doing it, I will be back in the wrestling ring and doing shooting star presses all over the place! Of course I'll be a cruiserweight (or light heavyweight if you perfer!) and hell yeah! Fun times! Okay gotta go! But that's my plan! I'm actually going to follow it and hopefully don't break my neck doing it!
